If your goods have arrived damaged please ring our Customer Services Department on 015394 22020, and a returns label will be arranged for you.

Can I return an item I don’t like?
Yes you can return an item you don’t like as long as the tags or packaging have not been removed within 14 days to the returns address listed on the invoice. Please include your invoice in the return so we have the details to process the refund.
Items can not be exchanged.

The wrong items have been delivered by us
If the wrong products are sent to you, contact our Customer Services Department on 015394 22020 and we will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and the dispatch of the correct goods.
